NDG / Aintree Dressage Series 2010 - Including news on Fearn's Farm Dressage Championships 2011
Aintree International Equestrian Centre are delighted to announce that the 2010 Unaffiliated Dressage Championships will again be kindly sponsored by Fearns Farm Equestrian and Country Stores based in Rufford who continues their support from last years successful Championships.
This year we are delighted to have the Northern Dressage Group joining Aintree International Equestrian Centre as a joint venture in order for the competition to gain in momentum and format to help run the dressage series throughout the year starting with the first competition on Sunday 6th June. The Championships this year will now be held from 17th to 20th February 2011 with qualifying heats on the Thursday and Friday with the finals being held on the Saturday and Sunday. This year we are delighted to enlist eight local competition centres who will be holding four qualifying competitions throughout the year to gain qualification to the Championships at Aintree International Equestrian Centre. They are namely Arkenfield Equestrian Centre, Warren Farm Equestrian Centre, Cockshot Farm Stables, Croft Riding Centre, the Northern Dressage Group based at Aintree, Bold Heath, Burrows Lane and Church Farm. The competitions are open to both Junior and Senior riders at Prelim and Novice level and Senior Elementary together with a dressage to music class at Novice level being added to the programme.
The fantastic prizes on offer include Fearns Farm Tack shop vouchers with a value of £200 per class, branded rugs, numnahs, race tickets and sashes, rosettes and many more prizes.
Set in the inspiring location of Aintree Racecourse, home of the John Smith’s Grand National, Aintree International Equestrian Centre boasts some of the very best facilities for the equine athlete and we feel confident that our competitors will enjoy the experience of competing in such prestigious surroundings.
